Your Community

The Partner Success team is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our partner institutions worldwide, from relationship management to implementation and delivery to reporting and insights. 

Your Position

As Partner Success Coordinator, you will provide operational support to the management team and will provide administrative, reporting and follow up support to the business leads. The internal job title shall be Partner Success Coordinator. 

Your Impact

You will contribute to the sales support, partnership onboarding and renewals processes. Through the reporting and maintenance of data you will  provide insights to the management team. 

Your Backstory

  • 1+ years of experience with reputed universities in US/Canada/UK/Australia or worked as University Partnership Coordinator/Executive

  • Real desire to learn and to develop a career in client and project management

Your Contribution

Sales support, On-boarding and Renewals Process 

  • Assisting with the completion of agent application forms and other due diligence requirements for new partnership acquisition
  • Conducting follow up on various tasks included in product sales contracts – post-sales agreement.
  • Maintain a database and records of partners and partnership-related activities (contact details, contract preparation & information, etc.)
  • Management of key business information documents including accreditations, licenses and certificates
  • Ensuring timely and accurate updating of systems e.g. Salesforce
  • Briefing other business areas on new partner acquisition to ensure implementation starts promptly
  • Any other tasks allocated by your line manager in line with your position.

Partnership and Project Management 

  • Support Partner Success Managers with all aspects of partnership operational delivery
  • Collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues including Partnership Directors, Partner Success Managers, Admissions, Product Development, Recruiter relationship management and senior leadership

Reporting and Insights 

  • Support with the provision of timely, accurate and engaging reporting to a variety of stakeholders

  • Contribute to our approach to reporting and analytics
