Alexandra Gruian

Alexandra Gruian is a Senior UX Researcher at Adverity since May 2022, with prior experience as a UX Research Manager at IDP Connect from September 2018 to April 2022, where responsibility included overseeing the complete research funnel for five products and promoting research across the company. As a freelance UX Researcher and Designer from June 2013 to October 2018, Alexandra conducted various user research methodologies and led workshops. Alexandra served as Vice President at the 'Filia' Centre for Curricular Development and Gender Studies, managing projects aimed at promoting equal opportunities between March 2014 and May 2015. Earlier professional roles included positions in PR and digital design. Alexandra holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Leeds, a Master’s in Policies, Gender and Minorities from the National University of Political Science and Administrative Studies, and a Bachelor's in Communication and PR from the same institution.
