Glenn Ward

Glenn Ward is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for both Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express (UCIe) and the CXL Consortium since 2022, Glenn also holds the position of Senior Director of Technology Development at Microsoft, where responsibilities include developing new technologies and engaging with partners to advance innovation. Prior roles at Microsoft include Chief of Staff for the Server Hardware Infrastructure team and Director overseeing executive and engineering relationships with major silicon providers like Intel and AMD. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and a Master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
