Rishika Gupta

Rishika Gupta is a Technical Product Manager II at Microsoft since June 2020, specializing in LLM, Data, and Analytics, after serving as a Software Engineer within Microsoft Search, Assistant, and Intelligence. Rishika has also been the Director of the NGO We Listen, which aims to support young individuals dealing with mental health issues by providing a virtual platform for open dialogue. In 2020, Rishika was selected as a McKinsey Next Generation Women Leader and has previous experience as an Equity Research Analyst at NNEELL'S INVEST and a Business Technology Consultant at Deloitte. Rishika holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and additional minors in Computer Science and Engineering and Industrial Engineering & Operational Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where Rishika engaged in various mentorship and leadership roles. Rishika's early career includes multiple software engineering positions at Microsoft and participation in international youth diplomacy with the Government of India and the International Youth Committee.
