Jorge Soriano

Jorge Soriano is a Senior Advisor at AdvicePeriod and has been advising clients for over 10 years, primarily focusing on comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families.

Day to day, Jorge manages all client requests for the team and is integral in the design and implementation of all investment and planning recommendations. Before joining AdvicePeriod, Jorge worked at the Asset Management firm Dimensional Fund Advisors as part of the Financial Advisor Services group in Santa Monica. Prior to Dimensional, Jorge helped manage a fee-based financial planning firm that specialized in working with high net worth and mass affluent families.

Jorge earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was awarded the “Distinguished Service Award” by his graduating class for his contributions to the business school. He received his BA in economics with honors from the University of Southern California.

He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served for 6 years, attaining the rank of Sergeant and receiving numerous awards, including the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal and Combat Action Award.
