Astrid Ton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Director and Principal Business Consultant at Adviesgroep Novius since February 2023, Astrid also holds the position of Diplomatraject Begeleider at TIAS School for Business and Society since May 2024. As Directeur at Hadza interimmanagement & organisatie advies since December 2018, and a member of Topvrouwen.nl since 2016, Astrid demonstrates a commitment to organizational excellence and gender equality. Previously, Astrid was the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Orange Babies and worked as a consultant at GGD GHOR Nederland and T-Mobile Nederland.
