Emily Kennedy

Emily Kennedy (Makin) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emily began their career in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant at Connolly Consulting. Emily later worked as a Client Service Manager at Spherion from 2006 to 2009. Emily then transitioned to Crosspoint Engineering as a Human Resources Generalist from 2009 to 2012. Emily took on a leadership position as the Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Ironside, where they worked from 2012 to 2019. Currently, Emily is the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Advisor360°, a fintech company specializing in creating operational efficiencies for financial advisors. Additionally, Emily has also worked as a Voice Talent at EK Consulting since 2009, providing voice over support for various clients in multiple industries.

Emily Kennedy (Makin) has a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Lasell University. Emily also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from Assumption University. In addition, they are currently enrolled in a Certificate Program in Strategic Human Resources Leadership at Cornell University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
