Erick Crowell

Erick Crowell, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erick is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Advisor360° since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product Management at the same company from September 2020 to May 2022.

Before starting at Advisor360°, Erick worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Product Manager from June 2018 to September 2020. Erick'sresponsibilities included defining product strategies and licensing models for networking products, as well as delivering enabling fabric technology for 5G infrastructure platforms.

From September 2015 to June 2018, Erick held the position of Director of Product Management, HCI Product Champion at Plexxi Inc. Erick also served as the Director of Program Management at the company from June 2014 to September 2015.

Prior to this, Erick worked as a Product Management Specialist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from August 2013 to May 2014. Erick played a crucial role in implementing Agile team approaches and reorganizing product teams, resulting in improved product delivery outcomes.

Erick's career began at Lucent Technologies as a Senior Software Developer and Project Leader from September 1996 to December 1999. Erick revamped intelligent routing software and acted as a program liaison for international teams.

Lastly, Erick started their professional journey at Cabletron, Inc. as a Software Engineer from May 1994 to September 1996. During this time, they improved packet throughput performance and extended the embedded management software stack.

Erick Crowell, MBA, obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1989 to 1994. Erick then pursued an MS in Computer Science at Boston University from 1997 to 2000. In 2009, Erick attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, earning an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Product Strategy. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2009 and has acquired additional certifications such as Continuous Product Discovery Certification from The Product Compass and Be the Manager People Won't Leave from LinkedIn.
