Fred Pimental

Fred Pimental has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Fred began their career as a System Administrator at Fairmarket in 2000 before moving on to roles at Fidelity Investments, where they served as a Market Data Systems specialist and later as a Director in various IT-related positions. During their time at Fidelity Investments, Fred managed infrastructure operations, served as a product manager for third-party products, and oversaw end-user computing support. In 2019, Fred joined Advisor360° as the Director of IT Operations. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Director of Infrastructure & Operations at Keolis Commuter Services, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Fred has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed large-scale projects, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.

Fred Pimental holds a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from Tufts University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Fred also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Norwich University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Fred has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2019 and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2019.
