Paul Blumer

Paul Blumer serves as the Chief Groundskeeper at TheBlumerEstate since 2018, overseeing projects, renovations, and daily operations in Monroe, NC. As the Owner of Black Diamond Homes, LLC since September 2005, Paul focuses on commercial and residential real estate investment, including property development and renovations. Additionally, Paul has been a Business Development Trainer for Advocare since April 2012, helping individuals establish businesses to enhance their financial well-being. Previously, Paul worked as a Design Engineer and Project Manager at Ira L. Griffin Sons, Inc. from August 1995 to September 2005, where responsibilities included designing large textile equipment using various energy sources. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
