Heather Callan

Heather Callan, MBA, PMP, PCCP, has extensive experience in healthcare education and revenue cycle management, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle Education for Advocate Health. Previous roles at Advocate Aurora Health included Director of Revenue Cycle Education and various management positions focused on ambulatory support and training. Heather’s career began with foundational roles such as Assistant Manager at Pete Miller's Jazz Lounge & Steakhouse and Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Conflict Resolution from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Elmhurst University.
