Tara Kopasz-Sumner

Tara Kopasz-Sumner currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Advocate Health since January 2024. Prior to this role, she held various positions in talent acquisition and recruitment at Trinity Health FirstChoice, Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, Wayne State University, St. John Providence Health System, Harper Associates, and Allied Nursing Care, Inc. Tara also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Walsh College.
