Dinny Novitasari

Dinny Novitasari is currently working at Advotics as a Project Implementation Specialist and Customer Support Lead. Prior to this, at PINTAR, Dinny held the role of Customer Success Lead and Customer Success & Thesis Administrator. With a background in Accounting and Finance, Dinny's experience includes monitoring and ensuring resolution of chat and ticket times, collaborating with various divisions, and maintaining good relationships with partners and users. Additionally, Dinny has experience in supporting students with special needs as a Guru Pendamping Khusus at Sekolah Citra Alam.
