Kim Duffer

Kim Duffer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Most recently, they are serving as the Director of Client Onboarding at Adwerx, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ENGIE Impact for five years, starting in February 2015. There, they held two roles, starting as a Senior Manager in Client Portfolio Management and later transitioning to Senior Manager in Energy Procurement Operations. Before joining ENGIE Impact, Kim worked at Ecova, which was acquired by ENGIE in 2014. At Ecova, they served as a Manager in Rate Analysis from December 2012 to February 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Analyst at LPB Energy Management from March 2008 to December 2012, which was subsequently acquired by Ecova in 2012.

Kim Duffer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Tampa. Additionally, Kim has obtained several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in September 2018, a Certified Business Energy Professional (BEP) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers in December 2017, and a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers in January 2015.
