Kathryn Roberts

Before joining Adzuna as Head of People, Kathryn spent the previous 10 years as a consultant supporting a range of digital businesses across fin tech, insurance, publishing, hosting, financial services and travel, with a focus on people strategy and transformation. Prior to that, Kathryn worked in several high performance cultures including eBay, where she was Product Director UK, and Amazon, where she was Head of Non-Media Products UK, before making the transition to focus on people. She is passionate about creating work environments where individuals can join, grow, make an impact and thrive.
