Rafael Besen - Hiring Awesome Devs

Rafael Besen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rafael started their career as a Consultant at CIASC in 2006 and later joined BYNE as a Director in 2008, where they served for almost 8 years. In 2016, they worked as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) at EFICID Auto-ID Solutions Brazil for a brief period before transitioning to Geek Hunter Brasil. At Geek Hunter Brasil, Rafael held the position of Head of Product Development and was responsible for leading the product and development teams, applying agile methodologies, and managing communication with other teams and stakeholders. Rafael worked extensively with AWS services, developed software in Ruby on Rails and Angular. In 2018, Rafael moved to Blueticket as the Coordinator of Product and Technology. In this role, they managed a product and development team of 10 people and focused on choosing appropriate technologies, improving communication, and implementing agile practices. Currently, they are working at AE Studio as the Chief People Officer and also serves as a Full Stack Engineer.

Rafael Besen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Information from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, starting in 2003 and completing in 2007. Rafael then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Master's degree in computer science from 2009 to 2011.
