Yvonne Gaissmaier

Yvonne Gaissmaier serves as the Chairwoman of the Advisory Board at AEB since April 2019, where responsibilities include supporting and coaching the executive team in scaling a fast-growth SaaS/cloud business, with a focus on strategy, capital allocation, M&A, and sustainability. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Growth Initiatives at Sonova Group, overseeing growth governance and strategy execution, and as Global Director of Commercial Excellence at Amcor, where Yvonne redesigned and scaled the commercial excellence program.
