Dr.-Ing. Magdalena Tarkiewicz

Dr.-Ing. Magdalena Tarkiewicz is a seasoned expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural research. Currently serving as a BIM Beraterin at AEC3 Deutschland GmbH since April 2019, Dr. Tarkiewicz advises stakeholders on the implementation and application of BIM, oversees real construction projects, and develops BIM guidelines and specifications. Previously, Dr. Tarkiewicz held the position of executive director at the Construction Research Center at Technische Universität Dresden from January 2015 to March 2019, focusing on organizational management, networking, and research project acquisition. Significant prior roles include serving as a research scientist at the same university and as an assistant architect at Hild Und K. Dr. Tarkiewicz holds a Doktor Ingenieur in Architecture from Technische Universität Dresden and a Magister Ingenieur in Architecture from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
