Tom Wooding

Tom Wooding is a Senior Engineering Geologist at AECOM, where employment began in March 2020. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Dam Safety Engineer seconded from AECOM to Meridian Energy from October 2021 to June 2024. Experience includes positions as a Graduate Engineering Geologist with Miyamoto International New Zealand from December 2018 to March 2020 and with Geocon Geotechnical Ltd. from November 2015 to October 2016. Initial work experience included a role as a Geophysical Survey Field Assistant at Southern Geophysical, Ltd. in late 2018. Academic qualifications consist of a Professional Master of Engineering Geology from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the same institution, obtained in 2015.
