Patricia Owusu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Patricia started their career in 2011 as an Order Assistant at GreenCity Tours and then worked as a Receptionist at BDO Belgium from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Bringme as an Office & HR Assistant before becoming an Office Manager at ONE-IT BVBA in 2017. Patricia founded their own company, Nyini, in 2021, and is currently the Founder. Patricia also holds the position of Human Resource Specialist & Office at AEC since 2023.

Patricia Owusu's education history includes a degree in Tourism from Miniemeninstituut, which they pursued from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they completed a degree in Communicatiemanagement from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen between 2007 and 2009. Lastly, Patricia obtained a degree as an Administratief Bediende Onthaal from CVO Leuven - Landen in the field of Administratief bediende - onthaal for the academic year 2010 to 2011.
