Amber Pate

Amber joined Aegion as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in August 2020 with more than 15 years of experience in public and private companies that span a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology and healthcare. Before joining Aegion, she worked at Ascension in a national human resources leadership role, and has experience in all areas of human resources as well as corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, mergers & acquisitions and change management. Amber holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Webster University, completed the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale University and serves on the Board of Commissioners for Tower Grove Park.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her daughter and son’s sporting events, walking her dog and loves St. Louis sports teams.
