Mark Menghini

Mark Menghini is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Aegion. Prior to this, they were with Aegion Corporation from December 2013 to July 2021, where they served as the Executive Vice President | General Counsel | Corporate Secretary. In this role, they were a key member of the executive leadership team and provided thought leadership and strategic input to help drive Aegion’s long-term strategy and success. Mark was also responsible for developing, driving and implementing global strategy for Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Casualty and Safety.

During their time at Aegion Corporation, Menghini was charged with Legal oversight of Operations, as well as Restructuring, Divestitures and Acquisitions, for both Domestic and International (Europe, Asia and South America) businesses. Mark also successfully brought about a significant reduction of internal and external legal expense through the successful implementation of a robust contract review program and real-time claims avoidance and administration.

Menghini is also the Corporate Secretary, accountable for all Corporate Governance for the publicly traded company.

Mark Menghini's educational career includes a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwestern University.
