Stephanie Cuskley

Stephanie Cuskley is the Chairwoman of the Board at Aegion. Stephanie was previously the CEO of The Helmsley Charitable Trust from November 2015 to October 2021. Helmsley is one of the largest private foundations in the U.S. and focuses on health work in T1D, Crohn’s, and rural healthcare. Stephanie also has experience with NPower, a nonprofit that creates pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for veterans and young adults from underserved communities. Stephanie has been with NPower since January 2009 and has been instrumental in the organization’s growth and transformation.

Stephanie Cuskley has a BA in Economics and Commerce from University of Toronto - Victoria University, and an MBA from Cornell University - S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. Stephanie also has a High School diploma from the University of Toronto Schools.
