Rea Paladino

Rea Paladino has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Rea started their career as an HR Coordinator at GoAmerica Communications in 2006 before moving on to work as a Human Capital specialist at Geller & Company from 2007 to 2010. Rea then joined The Children's Place as a Human Resources Specialist in 2010. Rea returned to Geller & Company in 2010 and worked there as a Human Capital - Health & Wellness professional until 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Benefits at AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc., a position they have held since April 2023.

Rea Paladino attended the University of Hartford from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
