Jason Asher

Jason Asher has over 28 years of work experience in the field of laboratory information management systems and business applications. Jason started their career at SGS North America, where they held various positions from 1992 to 2005, including Chemist, Department Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Salesperson, and Laboratory Manager. In 2005, they joined Chemware as the Director of Professional Services, managing a team of twelve employees involved in implementing laboratory information management systems for commercial and government laboratories. Since 2013, Jason has been working at Aegis Sciences Corporation, initially as the LIMS Manager, then as the Director of Business Applications, and currently as the VP of Business Applications. In their current role, they provide vision, strategy, and leadership to align their team's goals with the organization's objectives in maintaining and supporting enterprise software suites.

Jason Asher earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Forensic Science from Michigan State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. Later on, in 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
