Steve Pachella is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance and fintech. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Aegle Health Partners, Steve focuses on developing innovative financial solutions for middle market self-insured companies. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Arivo Acceptance, Steve played a pivotal role in transforming the company, achieving significant EBITDA growth from -$4 million to over $13 million. As the founder and Managing Director of FinTrade Advisors, Steve specialized in financing strategies for early-stage companies, while earlier positions included leadership roles in capital markets at ReliaMax and CIFG Services. Steve holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from George Mason University.
