Brandon Halm

Brandon Halm has over a decade of experience in the financial industry. Brandon began their career at Stifel Nicolaus as an Analyst, where they advised transportation & logistics and energy & power companies on mergers, acquisitions, and public and private offerings. In 2007, they joined Calvert Street Capital Partners as an Investment Professional, where they assisted in the management of CSCP Fund II and CSCP Fund III. In 2013, they became the Director of Alternative Investments at the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System, overseeing a large private equity portfolio. Since 2016, Brandon has been working at Aegon Asset Management, initially as the Director of Private Equity and Mezzanine, and currently as the Head of Private Equity and Mezzanine and Senior Portfolio Manager. Aegon Asset Management is a global investment manager with approximately €345 billion under management.

Brandon Halm attended the University of Richmond from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, and Leadership. In May 2014, they also earned a certification as a CAIA Charterholder from the CAIA Association.
