Eline Zandee - Kranendonk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Eline began their career in 2004 as a Consultant at Stichting Eleos, where they conducted evaluation research and provided recommendations based on interviews and surveys. In 2006, they participated in the Nationale DenkTank, analyzing the healthcare system and formulating ten recommendations presented to the Minister of VWS. Eline then joined Conclusion as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at KPMG Netherlands as a Consultant from 2009 to 2013. Eline joined Aegon as a Project Manager in the CIO Office in 2013 and later became the Global Head of Culture & Talent Initiatives. In 2017, they were promoted to the Global Head of Organization and Leadership and continued in that role until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head Culture, Leadership, and Talent at Aegon Asset Management, starting in 2022.
Eline Zandee - Kranendonk has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2002, they attended Van Lodenstein College, where they completed their gymnasium studies. Recently, in 2019 and 2020, Eline furthered their education by studying Professional Coaching & Leadership at Coachcenter. Eline also holds a certification as a Professional Coach from the same institution.
