Lynn R. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Lynn works at Aegon Asset Management as the Head of Business Management Office, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to that, Lynn worked as a People Coach at Aegon Asset Management from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Aegon Asset Management, Lynn was employed at Virgin Money UK PLC as the Culture and Capability Lead for Digital Solutions from November 2020 to September 2021.

Lynn also has experience working for Clydesdale Bank, where they held the roles of Operations and Control Lead for Channel & Digital from February 2017 to November 2020, and Team Lead from April 2015 to February 2017.

Lynn's earlier work experience includes roles at RBS, where they served as a Lean Manpower Planning & Capability Manager from April 2012 to April 2015, a Change Manager from August 2009 to April 2012, a Senior Change Analyst from July 2008 to August 2009, and an Analyst from September 2007 to July 2008.

Lynn's career began at Prudential Assurance, where they worked as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator from September 2006 to September 2007, and as a Personal Pensions Expert from April 1998 to September 2006.

Lynn R. obtained a BA Hons degree in Economics & Business from Stirling University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
