Kelly Penn

Kelly Penn is an experienced complaints team manager at Aegon since May 2019. Previously, Kelly served as a team manager at Huntswood from April 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of complaint handlers for a large utilities company. Prior to that, Kelly worked at Lloyds Banking Group from October 2010 to April 2017, holding roles as a complex remediation case handler and team leader. Kelly began a career in finance as a financial advisor at The Co-operative Bank plc from May 2006 to September 2010.
