At RBS, Iain held various roles including Sales and Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Marketing Manager - Customer Experience Insight. Iain also had a senior marketing management secondment in 2012-2013. Since 2014, Iain has been working at Aegon UK as the Head of Customer Experience & Insight, leading a team responsible for CX tracking, research, and delivering market and customer insights.
