Suzanne Paradi

Suzanne Paradi has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry since 2012. Suzanne started their career at Fairmont Chengdu as a Residential Services Manager. Suzanne then moved on to The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, where they served as a Recruitment Manager and later as a Learning and Development Manager. In 2017, Suzanne joined Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa as the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture. Suzanne held the same position at Fairmont Century Plaza from 2019 until April 2022. Currently, Suzanne works at AEG as the Director of Human Resources.

Suzanne Paradi completed their education in two institutions. In 2006, they enrolled at George Brown College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Operations Management. Suzanne completed their studies in 2010. Additionally, Suzanne attended IMI International Management Institute Switzerland in 2010, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Hospitality Management.

Furthermore, Suzanne Paradi obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2022.
