Gary Reynolds began his career in Environmental Due Diligence by starting up the Environmental Division of U.S. Reports, Inc. As the Director for national sales and marketing, Gary focused his efforts to gain a thorough and complete understanding of the first U.S. Small Business Administration’s Standard Operating Procedures and has used that knowledge to help lenders and borrowers navigate the environmental requirements of the SBA ever since. By creating valuable tools, writing educational articles and providing training for those in SBA 7a & 504 lending, Gary has been a recognized leader industry-wide throughout the past 17 years.

Since his role as Director at U.S. Reports, Gary has expanded his reach to provide unparalleled service & value to lending institutions, attorney firms, developers, and various capital groups for all scopes of Due Diligence services – with that same passion for excellence and integrity.
