Jen Johns

Over the course of her career, Jen Johns has proven herself to be a knowledgeable consultant in multiple areas including survey analysis, environmental consulting, building science consulting and requirements of multiple reporting standards.

In 2005, Ms. Johns started her career in the commercial real estate industry working as a National Account Manager in commercial title insurance. Her knowledge and review of title policy and American Land Title Association Surveys provided a natural transition into the due diligence field in 2012. She has also co-authored and taught mandatory continuing legal educational classes for attorneys nationwide and developed national marketing campaigns.

As a Senior Business Development Manager at AEI Consultants, Ms. Johns serves a national client base consisting of real estate attorneys, REITS, residential developers, commercial developers, financial institutions, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, corporations and individual property owners. Over the years, she has cultivated relationships within the renewable energy sector and enjoys working with her wind, solar and battery storage clientele.

Ms. Johns is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
