Ken San Felippo

Mr. San Felippo has more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience in the real estate due diligence, design, and construction industries. For the last 15 years, Ken has been dedicated to the area of real estate due diligence performing in a variety of capacities, ranging from executing property condition and construction assessments to managing client programs and accounts.

As Division Lead for the Construction Risk Management group, Ken is charged with the continuous development and management of AEI’s pre-construction analysis and construction loan monitoring services. He manages and provides technical leadership for the Division to ensure adherence to industry standards as well as guidance to the professional staff of architects and engineers.

Ken holds Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the City University School of Architecture and Environmental Studies in New York. He is a Licensed Architect with registrations in New York and New Jersey and is a Certified Member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (‘NCARB’).
