Steve Maki

As EVP of Business Analytics, Steve is responsible for the development, management and dissemination of AEI’s business reporting and associated data stores. In this role, he provides in-depth analysis aimed at optimizing business processes and overall company performance. He is responsible for creating predictive models used for revenue forecasting, labor distribution & utilization, and other key business metrics. His reporting is used by AEI’s senior management team for ongoing company growth and strategic planning. Steve also oversees all of AEI’s technology-related initiatives.

Steve has worked in the environmental consulting field since 1992, joining AEI in 2010. He has a diverse background that includes environmental due diligence, business development, litigation support, strategic planning, data analyses, mergers & acquisitions and operational logistics. Steve formerly served as Vice President of Operations for a U.S. based multi-national commercial real estate consulting firm. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA).
