With the leadership team for AEI’s Site Mitigation Division, Ms. Marshall is responsible for national leadership of AEI’s Site Mitigation Environmental Permitting Practice. Ms. Marshall has a M.S. in Environmental Engineering with more than 28 years of both industry and environmental consulting experience in natural resources, brownfield redevelopment, site assessment and remediation, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance for private and public-sector clients, power-providers and industrial facilities. Ms. Marshall has a strong working knowledge of local, state and Federal regulations including CERCLA, TSCA and RCRA regulatory programs as well as, CEQA, NEPA and permitting requirements of state and federal agencies, specifically, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, State Water Resources Control Board and the Department of Toxic Substance Control. Ms. Marshall’s diverse experience allows for effective technical oversight and management of multidisciplinary project teams throughout the United States including regulatory agencies, legal counsel, property owners and specialty consultants to minimize client risks and achieve client goals or project approval. Ms. Marshall’s objective is to provide leadership through a culture of teamwork, quality service and client satisfaction.
