Miguel Ferreira has a diverse work experience, starting with an upcoming role as a Structural CAE Simulation Engineer at AELER Technologies SA in 2023. Previously, they worked as a Design & Simulations Engineer - Mechanical Systems at INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Bosch Portugal, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer Trainee in R&D - INNOVCAR, LiDAR from 2017 to 2017 and later becoming a Mechanical Design & Simulations Engineer from 2017 to 2021, where they served as Project Leader for an Innovation / R&D Project and Mechanical Developer II. Miguel'searliest work experience was an Internship with the Logistics Team of Panalpina World Transport Ltd in 2014, where they worked as a warehouse and office support member, helping with inventory management and co-developing a software tool to optimize compatibility problems between different departments software for faster data flow.
Miguel Ferreira attended Escola Secundária de Maximinos for three years from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Sciences and Technology. Following high school, they enrolled in Instituto Superior Técnico, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Aerospace Engineering from 2009 to 2016. In August 2019, Miguel obtained certification as a Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
