Adedeji Abidoye

Adedeji Abidoye, ACIPM, has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Aella since September 2024. Previously, Adedeji held the position of People Operations Manager at PressOne Africa from May to August 2024 and worked at Eden Life Inc from February 2021 to May 2024, progressing through roles including Human Resources Generalist, Senior HR Associate, H.E Associate, and Happiness Engineering Intern. Adedeji's early career included roles such as Content Writer at Alexander Moore Partners, Sports Analyst at Breaking Times, On Air Personality at Hot FM Abuja, and Graduate Trainee at West African Tobacco. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Communications Manager at Civic Hub Technology and Surveyor and Charting Specialist at the Office of the Surveyor General, Oyo State Secretariat.
