Plato Smith III is currently the Director of Maintenance Control at AEM Aviation. Prior to this, Plato held various positions at Hard Wurk University, H.W.A.E LLC, and Gulfstream Aerospace where he gained extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and support. With a background in aviation science and technology, Plato has shown dedication and expertise in his field throughout his career.
