Klaus (Zhonghua) Jing has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Klaus (Zhonghua) is currently working as a Product Manager for AEM Components, where they oversee the profitability and strategic fit of product lines, manages product training and literature distribution, and promotes the product globally. Prior to this, they worked at Littelfuse as a Project Manager for Commercial Vehicle Products, where they led multinational teams, developed and controlled project plans, and ensured compliance with customer expectations. Klaus (Zhonghua) then joined Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. as a Senior Engineer, where they led the R&D department, resolved complex mechanical engineering issues, and led the development of new products.

Klaus (Zhonghua) Jing obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Soochow University in China between the years 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Nanjing University of Science and Technology Zijin College, graduating in the years 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Klaus has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a certification in Design of Experiments (DOE) from Omnex Inc. Finally, in 2019, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
