Clayton Fain

Clayton Fain has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Clayton is currently working at AEM as a Senior Project Manager, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Clayton worked at Earth Networks, where they held multiple positions. From March 2016 to October 2022, they served as a Field Operations Manager. Before that, they worked as an Installation Coordinator from August 2014 to March 2016, and as a Field Technician from June 2006 to August 2014. Clayton's earliest work experience was at Oklahoma Mesonet, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Assistant from May 2004 to May 2006. In this role, they performed quality assurance on weather observation data, conducted field work for maintenance and installation, and provided support in climatology and weather phenomenon summaries.

Clayton Fain completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
