Eddy Neo

Eddy Neo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Eddy is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AEM since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Executive Director of Corporate Services & Special Projects at New Life Community Services from 2020 to 2022. Eddy also had a brief stint as a Researcher at the same company in 2019. Eddy held the position of Head of HR, APAC at National Instruments from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand South East Asia and held various HR leadership roles including HR Director and Regional HR Director from 2012 to 2017. Eddy also has experience working in HR management positions at WR Grace, Singapore Management University, SPRING Singapore, and MCSB Systems. Eddy started their career as an HR Officer at Keppel Shipyard in 1998.

Eddy Neo has a BA (Hons) degree in Southeast Asian Studies and Economics from the National University of Singapore, obtained from 1994 to 1998. Eddy also holds a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, completed in 2000. In 2002 to 2003, they earned a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the same institution. Later in 2008 to 2009, Eddy pursued an Executive Master of Science in Management of HR & Global Leadership at Baruch College. No further education information is provided.
