Marina Peruzzo

Marina Peruzzo is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Compliance Lead at Aena Brasil since July 2020, Marina oversees the implementation and management of the integrity program, focusing on internal policy development, risk matrix assessment, and data protection governance under LGPD. Previously, Marina held the position of Legal Department Manager at Farmácias Independente, where responsibilities included managing the integrity program, regulatory compliance for the pharmacy network, and providing legal advisories. Marina's career also includes roles as a professor of law at IPESU, legal manager at BCI, and various legal positions in private practice, contributing to contract management, corporate governance, and labor law. Marina holds an LLM in Corporate Law from Ibmec and specializes in public law and rights through prior academic qualifications.
