Rachelle Henderson

Rachelle Henderson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, labor, and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel, Privacy at Air Canada since June 2017, Rachelle previously held the position of Senior Counsel, Labour and Employment at the same company from May 2001 to June 2017. Prior to joining Air Canada, Rachelle worked as a Staff Lawyer in Labour and Employment at Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales from 1997 to 2000 and began a career in journalism as a Reporter at The Gazette in Montreal from 1984 to 1989. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) from the University of King's College and a combined LLB/BCL in Law from McGill University.
