Kelvin Lai

Kelvin Lai is an experienced professional in the merchant services and financial sector, currently serving as Partnership Lead for Privilege Merchant and Credit Card Usage at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kelvin held the position of Associate Director for Merchant Business Development at AFFIN Group from December 2022 to August 2023, and worked as Sales & Marketing Manager at AsiaPay for a brief period in 2022. Kelvin's extensive experience at American Express spanned seven years, during which various roles were undertaken including Master Merchant Specialist and Lead Merchant Specialist. Earlier career experiences include positions at B Infinite and BONIA Corporation Berhad. Kelvin holds a Diploma of Education in Marketing from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
