Angie Rybalt

Angie Rybalt has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being Director of Customer Experience at AEP Ohio since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at American Electric Power as an Energy Efficiency/PDR Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial customers. Angie also worked at KEMA Services as an Outreach and Marketing Manager, and at Juice Technologies and Linc Group LLC in business development and facility consulting roles respectively. Their earlier experience includes working as a Manager at Wells Fargo Financial, where they focused on negotiating and restructuring customers' financial portfolios.

Angie Rybalt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Communications from The Ohio State University. Angie attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
