Himanshu S. is an experienced operations and quality assurance professional currently serving as DGM Operations Head at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. since April 2023, focusing on operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Himanshu held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at IFB Industries Ltd. from October 2021 to April 2023 and was a Six Sigma Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited for over a decade, where implementation of the Maruti Production System was executed across more than 500 suppliers nationwide. Prior experience includes six years as Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance at AIMIL Ltd., specializing in scientific instrument manufacturing for building material testing. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineers INDIA, complemented by a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Digamber Jain Polytechnic.
