Brent Ilott

Brent Ilott has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Brent started their career at Grad & Walker Energy as a Production Operator from 1996 to 1997. Brent then joined Real Resources LLC as a Production Operator from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, Brent Ilott joined Aera Energy LLC where they held various roles including Production Engineer from 2003 to 2005, Reservoir Engineer from 2005 to 2007, Process Supervisor from 2007 to 2010, Lead Production Engineer from 2010 to 2012, Manager of Operations from 2012 to 2018, Engineering & Geoscience Manager from 2018 to 2019, Drilling Manager from 2019 to 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations from July 2021.

Brent Ilott has a diverse education history. Brent obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, Bakersfield, from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Before their undergraduate studies, Brent Ilott completed a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) between 1999 and 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Brent Ilott has also pursued additional certifications. Brent completed a course titled "Fred Kofman on Accountability" through LinkedIn in August 2023. Furthermore, in November 2022, they obtained certification in "Coping with Impostor Syndrome to Build Career Confidence" from LinkedIn.
