Willie Rivera

Willie Rivera is currently the Regulatory & Legislative Affairs Manager at Aera Energy LLC. Prior to this role, Rivera served as a City Councilmember at the City of Bakersfield and as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at the California Independent Petroleum Association. Rivera also has experience as a Regional Manager at the Corporation for Better Housing and as a District Director at Senator Michael Rubio's office. Rivera holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento.
